Header Tags Catalog Categories Will Not Save!

Ok. I started all over with a clean OScommerce install for the 2nd time. Evidently it comes installed with some contributions. I followed the directions and I passed the two test for database_setup install & the Install_Catalog. Then I installed the Install_Admin. I updated all the Text Contol pages to match my store. Then I went to fill tags and followed the directions. I have the same problem again. The Catalog Categories will not save when I edit. The 1st category the first time will but after that nothing.

Sometimes it saves but most of the time it doesn't.

I noticed the Header Tags - Fill Tags keeps reverting back to skip all tags.

Anyone at all?

Try replacing the categories file with a stock one (no contributions). Does the categories save then? If so, upload the categories from the Header Tags contribution. Do they still save?
