In admin, 3 fields have been added for each new zone, i guess for countries, table, handling charge. But, for some reason the fields have no names. So I have 9 blank boxes in a column. Does anyone know the field order? For example is it: Zone 2 countries, Zone two shipping title, Zone 2 handling fee, Zone 3 countries...... :'(

I deleted and then reinstalled the zones module, and everything now works.
