Problems with admin module

When I try to update any admin configuration, like "Send Extra Order Mail to" field, for example, appears the follow message:

 

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/restricted/home2/indvd/public_html/loja/admin1203/configuration.php on line 25

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/restricted/home2/catalog/admin/configuration.php:25) in /home/restricted/home2/catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 18
