Adding Images?

I am new to oscommerce. I am currently trying to add products with descriptions and images, when I click on new product button there is no way to add images. I was told by a colleague I am working with that he gets some little icons on his screen next to some of the fields when adding products etc but they don't appear for me. I did think it was because I was on a mac, but I tried on the pc and the same thing happens.

The should be a Browse button on the products edit page (where you add a new product). If it is not there, something is wrong with your insallation.
