I installed a product easy populate module and it seems to be working when i download a file to edit, but when i upload a file it is giving me a message that says File uploaded. Temporary filename: /tmp/phpV4rdBJ User filename: EP2007Apr13-2210.txt Size: 1160 When I check the online store the new products are missing? :'( I have created a catalog/temp directory, so i really cant see what the problem is and i have the feeling that the upload is being saved to some other location. can anyone help pleeeeeease? I am new to the world of oscommerce. Please excuse me if i sound dumb. Thanks, Darren........

If no to either of those, make the appropriate changes and try again. Jack Hi Jack, Thanks for the advise, The shop is located in the catalog directory and I tried to change the permission on the temp directory to match those of the image directory and it is still giving me the same message? The EP stock file I downloaded was a custom download do you think that this could be the problem? Thanks, Darren.......

If not, give that a try. Just be sure to delete all but one item so it is easy to remove.
