Shipping module help

Hello,

 

I have just installed the latest release of oscommerce and have set it up to have a flat rate shipping fee.

I have gone through all the config and set all the shipping options.

 

When I place a product in the cart and go through the checkout the shipping does not show.

 

Anyone any ideas?
