I really hope someone can explaing something to me. While in the tools section, viewing whos online, it's all in english. Which it should be. But everytime I hit refresh, it refreshes in the language of Spanish. Going back to admin front page, in the upper right hand corner, spanish is selected. After clicking english, I return to the tools section. Again when I hit refresh, it again appears in spanish.

 

Any ideas?
