Please help me, I'm a total beginner.

I have a few customers who want to add a second postal address, when they do this, the screen asks them to fill in the county box, but there isn't a county box, how can I put one in?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, OSC is rather Americanised and the problem you have is not easy to fix. The format / order of the address fields is particularly awkward and requires changing the PHP code (there is no setting in the admin page or anything like that).

 

I believe their is a contribution that may address these and other issues - search for "UK" or "British" or something like that in the contributions section. I've never used the contribution because I went through the pain of changing the code myself long before the contribution was published.
