I was hoping for a little help here...I am just starting to build my site and in the body homepage itstates 'Error messages are displayed at the very top of the page with a complete background color.' Well I ahve this error message and it reads: Warning: Installation directory exists at: /hsphere/local/home/crescend/crescendophotodesigns.com/catalog/install. Please remove this directory for security reasons Can anyone tell me where exactly I go to do this?! I cannot find it.....Many thanks :thumbsup: Always give your best, never get discouraged!

I cannot find it.....Many thanks :thumbsup: There's only one way I know of to remove the install directory (maybe someone else has another way): If you have ftp access to your website, you can log in, select the install directory, and delete it and all the files in it. You have to do this, otherwise malicious visitors will be able to modify/change/destroy your website. Matt
