Sub Categories Header Tags Won't Work

Well I installed the Header Tags contribution fine and the header tags work fine for my main categories but will not save in my sub categories. Anyone have any idea why?

Are you saying that when you edit a sub-category in admin, it won't save the header tags information but it will if you edit a category?

Well it was letting me edit and save the main categories and not the sub categoires. Now niether the main categories or the sub categories will save. I cam edit the info but when I click on save nothing happens. I went over all the directions from begining to end and everything seems to be right.

The problem has to be in the admin/categories.php file since that is where all of that code is at. Try using the file included with the contribution to verify it works and then compare the two files.

Do you think that is what I need to replace? I installed the Printable Catalog contribution after the Header Tags contribution if that makes any difference.

Well I tried it my idea below and it didn't work. I got an error and couldn't access the catalog at all. I put it back the way it was. Of course I still can't save my Header Tags. I checked everything else out that was to be changed on this file and it all matches exactly. It has to have something to do with the part I outlined below but I have no idea what.
