Configuration

I am finding myself quite unable to navigate the documentation.

 

I wish to amend the side colmns.

 

I have found the column_left and column_right files and worked out that they uses the boxes.php file, but see no way of configuring those files through the admin facility.

 

To configure them manually, I seem to have to find where the various variables are set which populate the boxes. I can't.

 

Is there a list of the defenitions of variable used.

 

Any 'new to me' arrangement takes me some getting used to - sorry.
