Turning osCommerce to "classified ad" type site

I would like to get my online product catalogue started.

 

My main features should be;

 

advanced search and ability to sort results by price, date, views and location.

 

I don't need SSL because there is no login required, no card payment (i got the link for removing cart & checkout), just catalogue styled online "store".

 

I'm looking for solutions how to do this, since I'm new to osC.
