Main Page content mixed up

Already trying to find the solution for 2 days, but can't seem to figure out where to look for:

 

I deleted my left column, by changing around the box_width in application_top.php to 0 and by changing a code on every page, which makes it not mix up with my right column box width.

Everything went fine: the main page aligned just fine over where my left column used to be, BUT on pages like account.php and products_new.php the content is completely mixed up: the outlining is not working the way it should.

 

Example: when going to category>female all pictures and text don't align well.

Can anybody please tell me how I can fix this?

I already found out it had to do with way to much table codes (width="100%"), but I still can not seem to figure it out for the category page (if you click a category, the top banner which says "Categories"). Which page is that?
