Blank screen after DB config?

I'm having trouble installing osCommerce, and I'm not quite sure where to look to fix it...

After entering the DB configuration information, and submitting the form, the page returns with:

New Installation

Database Import

... and then stops. The HTML page is broken at that point. No errors in the server logs. Any thoughts. Thanks!
