Suggestions please

OK this is getting more confusing as I proceed, so would be very grateful for some suggestions on how now to proceed. :thumbsup:

 

I ship to UK only but will shortly be opening to the rest. What I have at the moment is:

 

local delivery free

table rate up to £20 when it then become free.

2nd table rate as above but for baskets that contain certain products.

 

I relly on the customers choosing the right option above, which sometimes they don't. This is secondary, but linking the 2nd table rate to a category would be good...if this is possible????

 

I would like to have suggestions on the best & not so difficult way of giving the above but also international customers only being show an option where the exact amount payable inc P&P is emailed to them & they pay when emailed. ie they do not pay via the cc method at the checkout. I don't think a flat rate would be good & also don't want them to pay for the order & then have to pay again for the P&P.

 

I totally don't get the zone thing :blink:

 

Please can you help smooth this all out for me? ;)
