User Generated Custom Sale Items

Hi, I have overestimated my programming abilites..... do applications exist to add user-generated catalogue item functionality to a mysql 5 oscommerce site.

 

And what is the best way to allow and monitor registered users to upload digital content for potential listing as sale items?
