osCommerce store without cart & checkout

Is was just wondering, since I'm planning to make my store based primarly on Pay On Delivery system, since my market is still more than 90% unconfident in online shopping.

 

So is there a way of making osC store without checkout/cart options?

 

It would be more like a online catalogue than an online store...
