luannvodder Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 I've installed the latest PayPal IPN module and I've also enabled the Check/Money Order payment module as a generic, baseline test case. When I place an order using either payment method, upon completion I'm taken to a confirmation/success page, however no emails are received at either the customer email address or the ones I've set up for the store. (When I use the PayPal option, I get PayPal's payment notification emails, but I should be getting emails from OSCommerce as well.) I'm awaiting confirmation from my web host on which is correct, but it's Windows hosting and I'ved tried setting my "Email transport method" to SMTP and SendMail but either works nor gives any error. "Send Emails" is set to True, and under My Store I've set a store email and set a personal email account of mine as a "Send Extra Orders Email" option. I'm not sure what else to check. There isn't a host or anyone I can call to fix issues like this. I have to figure everything out on my own.
