toryandrew Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Can someone help me? I have the Attribute Sort added correctly, I verified it with 2 programmers but I can't tell how to work it. My understanding was that it added another column to the attributes, but it did not appear. What do I do to make it work? Thanks!
Jack_mcs Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 There are a number of attribute sorter contributions so I don't know which one you are using. But if it adds a sort field to the attribute, then odds are the entries for all of the previous attributes are set to zero. They would have to be changed to some value to be usful. One or two of the contributions also has some sorting settings within the language files. If the above doesn't help, you should post what contribution you are using and, preferably, the question should be asked in the support thread for that contribution since you usually get quicker answers that way.
