Customer details missing

In admin>config>customer details, there are only a few fields listed. Gender, Date of Birth, Company, Suburb, State. I'm thinking the rest were deleted somehow (is this possible). If they were deleted, this would have been done from the admin control panel, not by file edit. Any idea how to get them back or create them again?

There's nothing to get back. By default those are the only fields.

These are the only fields in the customer registration that are optional.
