Orders aren't recording in cart but getting authorize.net emails

my client says orders are coming in (due to him getting an authorize.net email) but nothing is showing up in his "ORDER" panel in the cart...so there is no way to see what his customers are ordering unless he emails them.

 

what gives, its been working fine for a year!!!

 

BTW this is with visa/mastercard orders on authorize.net

If it's been working fine for a year - and now it is not - I would first look at my host server.

Has the database been upgraded ? has the php version ben upgraded ? any new contributions installed lately ?

i am having similar problem, payments are coming but orders are not registered in the admin

panel or in users account so i can know what clients order ! i get only an email from PAYPAL that confirms

the payment. i did NO updates and the strangest thing is that once a while i do get the orders email

and it dose register on orders panel. strange thing ????!!!
