Anyone online who can tell me in which file can I find

Hi,

 

I was wondering if theres anyone around who can tell me which file all the wording for the front page of my shop is contained in?

 

Essentailly I was hacked. I have replaced the index.php file but I still have hackers markings on my front page. Which file can I find this in so I can remove it? It doesnt seem to be a link just a sentence they have added in and replicated several times. My store still appears at the bottom of the page.

 

The writing is at the top of the page so I am thinking it could be the header.php / index.php / configure.php but I couldnt see anything in these files. Then again I'm not entirely certain where to look - so I could have missed it.

 

Any help will be much appreciated as I can never seem to get hold of my host these days and I would really like to resolve this as my hosts been dragging it on for over a week.
