Need to do free shipping via Coupon and also need some other shipping info

I wasnt sure where to ask but I want to offer free shipping on purchases over $150 dollars. However I want it done via a coupon.

 

Also, is there a way to force people who enter PO Box's to select a certain type of shipping?

 

I just had an order, the verified address was a PO Box but we only ship UPS. UPS wont do PO Box's. I want to box UPS from even being an option to people with PO Box's.

You can do this with the ccgv(trad) contrib. (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,4135) You create a coupon for free shipping and you can set a coupon minimum limit.

 

I don't know about the second question. I'd think you'd have to take your shipping modules and put them together into one module with a switch or if/then that's based on searching for the different variations of "PO" or "P.O." or "P. O." or "P O" in the address lines.
