Hi all,

I moved my site over to a new host and i am so wishing that i hadnt as it has been nothing but trouble.

I have managed to get most of my issues sorted but one which is literally backlogging business is that everytime someone pays via worldpay their transaction always comes back as payment cancelled.

I'll break it down a little more now.

User comes to website and adds product to cart, they checkout and get to worldpay payment site.

user puts info in and payment goes through ok, worldpay callsback to our site.

user gets message saying that payment had been cancelled and page refreshes to cart

User gets email from worldpay saying transaction has been processed BUT NO EMAIL FROM MY STORE

I also dont get ANY EMAILS saying that the order has been placed, nor are the customers information put into the database.

If the user pays by cheque then there are no issues at all, all emails are received and the transaction goes through.

This is driving me absolutely nuts, i have been searching the forums for hours but cant seem to find an answer, i am having to manually call each customer and ask them what they ordered from the site, not only is this extremely unprofessional it is also extremely time consuming.

Any ideas are appreciated

Regards
