sonney Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 I'm sure this is quite simple, but I'm not sure. http://www.eztowel.com/contact_us.php - First, I'd like to add the fields name, address, city, state, phone no and best time to contact you as a radio button am or pm. Then, I'd like this information added to the contact_us email that is sent. I've searched high and low on this and did receive helpful information about adding fields to the form, but nothing about having that information appear in the email sent. Any suggestions? Thanks!
