Also purchased products

Hello Everybody,

 

I just found out that my "also purchased products" is not working. Products that have been purchased before are still showing up, but with new orders the also purchased products are not added.

 

Last week it was still working. Since then I have installed the "all products" contribution. Could it have anything to do with this?

 

I have no idea what the problem is. I hope somebody can help me.

Now I found out that sometimes the "also purchased products" are added and sometimes they are not.

 

Very strange :blink:

I recently encountered a similar problem.

 

It seems language related.

My store is in Dutch and English, in English the also purchased product shows up correctly, in dutch its simply not there :blink:

 

No solution yet... <_<

My also purchase has never worked and Im not sure Y.

 

could it have something to do with cache settings???

It seems that the info only appears when the order was confirmed.

It solved my problem :thumbsup:
