Guest Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 I have a problem with Customer Passwords: :blink: I'm still in test mode of my store and I have to get this thing running in a week! Prob: When I click on Password Forgotten? Please Click Here, it sends an email but there is no password in the email. The email is blank! How do I fix this?
Guest Posted April 14, 2007 Posted April 14, 2007 Hurdle cleared! :thumbsup: Had to make a simple parameter change in the Admin Control Panel. Under E-mail Options. Changed E-mail linefeeds to CRLF from LF. Finally, the message contents can be seen. Thanks for all who contributed :lol:
