We spoke to PayPal and they said that it has something to do with encryption on our website. http://charmedbystarr.com/store I have no idea how or why this is happening. It was working last year.

I am also having the same problem, People are ordering and It does not show up as an order, The money is in the Pay Pal account but I have know idea what they ordered, If anyone knows what to do PLEASE HELP!
