can't enable Default Template

Hi All

 

i've freshly installed OSC 2.2ms2 in French

and STS v4.5.2.

 

For some obscure reason I can't turn "Do you want to use Simple Template System?" onto TRUE.

I select the "true" radio box, press "update" but the result shows "false".

However I can preview the Template.html page using the "index.php?sts_debug=debug"

 

Any help would be appreciate.
