♥jailaxmi Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 Hi, I just had our web site moved to a new server by our web host, and everything seems to be working fine, except that when I try to update products it sends me to one of my custom error pages (Forbidden). Adding a product has not been a problem, only updating current products. So, this is how it goes: I edit the description of a product and add keywords, etc.; then I click on "preview" and it takes me to the preview page; then I click on "update" and it takes me to my error page: Forbidden. No changes are made to the product description. What to do? Where should I look for what is causing this?
