ianric Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 Hi I am wanting to use the comments box in Admin> orders to add a tracking number when an item is posted. I created the test order with no probs, the order shows in Admin and in account_history_info. I go into Admin pick orders, select dispatched from the drop down list, typed in the comments box, picked append and notify customer. There are now 2 probs. The first is that the comments aren't appended in the email and the second is a new row in the orders_status_history table is created. This row is The comments are added to this new 2nd line. Is this right??? Thanks Ian
