Restrict 1st order to billing address

I have stumbled on websites, mail order, TV shopping etc that require the 1st order to be dispatched to the card billing address for security reasons then subsequent orders can be shiiped to a 2nd address.

 

Is this possible

yes by changing the address_book_process.php, checkout_payment_address.php, checkout_shipping_address.php. You can check the orders table of a customer already placed orders with the store before processing the max number of addresses
