Shipping charges?

What I want to be able to do is charge a different rate of postage depending on the value of the order, however I want to base the lower rate of postage on the weight of the order.

 

For example, I want to offer free shipping on all orders over £40, flat rate shipping (£4.99) for all orders between £20 and £39.99 and weight based shipping for all orders below £20 (based on the Royal Mail tariff.).

 

Can this be done?

After having a play around, I have discovered the 'free shipping' option in the order total module, so have now enabled that for orders over £40.

 

So, that's part of the problem solved. I've also already got the Royal Mail tariff rates set, currently for all orders under £40, so it's just setting up flat rate shipping for orders between £20 and £39.99 that I need help with.

Actually, scratch that, I've decided to simplify it all.

 

Standard royal mail rates, or courier up to £40 order value. Free shipping after £40 value.
