order doesnt turn up in nowhere

well, this is really wierd. a customer just placed an order and sent money thru paypal.

 

payment recieved, HOWEVER, the order doesnt turn up in anywhere... no email, no order shown up in admin. only customers profile, no order history..NOTHING...checked out catalog, the ordered goods stayed there..

 

omg.something must be going wrong now!.

 

in paypal payment, the item/product name is the stores name..

 

i need help on this...thanks
