Wendy04 Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 How can you delete reviews that the customer doesn't want their name attached to it. Some customers may not want this and may only want to use a login name or email name or just a first name. It could cause a legal issue if a customer asks that their name be taken off also because they are unaware that this would happen once it is done. Customers should have a choice. Ebay just uses the login name for reviews. Can you please help me find out if this can be changed. In the reviews section of my store admin their is an error code there Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/purpl17/public_html/admin/reviews.php on line 221

With this all reviews are queued for approval (or not) by the site owner before being published - reviews can be edited and reviews can be deleted. To resolve the error upload an original (unedited) copy of reviews.php Vger
