Guest Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 In a previous post, I asked what was wrong with a bit of code in the categories.php file. Well it turns out that this file has even more errors in it and its getting kind of hard to track them all. So I wanted to try something else... how can I re-upload the file if I never had a copy of it on my end? I did this with another file and whatever problems occurred in the file were undone, but that was from a User contribution so I had the original files.

You can save the file from here : http://oscommerce-reference.swisscart.com/....php.source.txt http://oscommerce-reference.swisscart.com/...0817/index.html
Guest Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 I found the correct file (for reference I am using oscommerce 2.2 ms2) under the /catalog/admin directory, however, it is 9 lines shorter than my version. Normally I would just check the files myself, however this particular one is in excess of 1000 lines of code. Is there a reason for the discrepancy before I add this to my server?

Yeah, I remembered that the discrepancy is due to my own changes that were required by a contribution that I added to my server. So it is in fact the correct file. However, I am not sure now as to the exact cause of the problem because I was sure that the file did not cause a problem after the changes were implemented. We'll see.
Guest Posted May 9, 2007 Posted May 9, 2007 It didn't matter what you changed. It seems to have helped. I haven't noticed any changes in my system so it must be good. Thanks.
