Cant access admin

I'm getting this error while trying to access admin page after install,

 

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in

/*****/**********/*/test.togoogle.co.uk/user/htdocs/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 31

 

All i've done so far is to install Osc then patch for the globals error.

 

I have reset the permissions and removed install directory, the index page does display so i know i'm almost there.

 

Any ideas?

The version of osCommerce you are using is out of date. Go to the downloads section at www.oscommerce.com and download the latest version of osCommerce 2.2 MS2. Update all files except for those modified by the Register Globals changes.

I will try a full re-install with a fresh copy.
