Proxy server error GET /osCommerce/catalog/admin/froogle.php. Help Please

I hope someone can help me out. My programmer intalled one of the google feeds and it didn't connect-gave us a proxy error message. She uninstalled that one and did the froogle feed. We still can't connect and we get this error message

 

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /osCommerce/catalog/admin/froogle.php.

 

Reason: Error reading from remote server

 

We have no idea what the problem may be. Any one have any suggestions?? Thank you Kristen
