Looking for commercial help - willing to reimburse..$

I am pulling my hair out with my hosting company trying to get my OSC system back on track. Everything was working, now it's hosed up, and they're saying it's on my end, even though I haven't made any changes since it started acting up (or since). It's on a shared hosting provider...

Does anyone offer pay support for OSC, or know of a site they would recommend? I really need to get this back on track...

Thanks!

Pete

Yes, but I think it has something to do with their config...but I just don't have enough experience with troubleshooting cookie/etc issus on shared servers to know if it's a config change that needs to be made on my end, or if they indeed changed something, etc. Actually, i *know* they had to change something, but I'm just not sure what I should be asking to have adjusted, or if perhaps there's something slightly wrong with the config i'm trying to run on the servers. They obviously don't seem to be getting anywhere very quickly, but they're not familiar with OSC from what I can tell, either...

Pete, what is actually going wrong on your site? Who is the host?

It's running into a problem during the checkout. If you try checking out with anything, it times out when you go through the checkout process after you try to login. You can try at www.ttmducati.com/store and the login is [email protected] for a test user, pw test1234

I can login, plop an item in the cart but on going to checkout it throws

Not Found

The requested URL /store/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The url is then

https://protected.ehost.com/store/index.php

So... not the same issue as above yes?

Try checking your

http://www.ttmducati.com/store/login.php

it should have something like

if (isset($HTTP_GET_VARS['action']) && ($HTTP_GET_VARS['action'] == 'process')) {

$email_address = tep_db_prepare_input($HTTP_POST_VARS['email_address']);

$password = tep_db_prepare_input($HTTP_POST_VARS['password']);

// Check if email exists

Pete,

When I went into https I was expecting a cert banner...didn't get it...it mybe the ssl cert.

I would disable the ssl in your catalog/include/configure.php and see what happens if it works with it being disabled then that is the problem.

I hope this helps

Thanks for the help from everyone...eventually the host company found the issue..had to change the cookie domain settings and dir_ws_https_catalog settings around in my config file. Really not sure why it was working before, and then just stopped - I'll have to keep an eye on it and see what happens...
