Having to click "confirm order" after payment...

Hi everybody,

 

My store is working fine and payment is done via paypal... one slight problem.

 

I believe by default that people have to once again confirm their order after they have already paid for their order via paypal. On a couple of occasions they have not done so and as a result we don't know what they have ordered.

 

Is there some way to stop this???

Do you mean at the end of the payment page on paypal, customers get "Return to Merchant"

This is something you can set in the paypal where after 10 seconds, customers are automatically redirected to the site

 

Also, for the orders where customers dint press Confirm, your order status would be "Processing" in the Orders tab in Admin

Hi,

 

To be honest I really don't know what the problem is. It is a store I made for a client so I am passing on second hand info but here is what I know.

 

They receive confirmation of payment received via paypal but don't have any record of an order in the oscommerce panel itself. Do you have any ideas??
