images disappearing when editing categories

I’m editing some of the text on the sub category pages and when I do, the images for that page disappear from the site.

When I hit save, I get a no file uploaded message at the top of the page. I don’t want to change the image, only text.

 

This doesn’t happen at the product level. It works fine with the products.

 

Any ideas what is happening and how to fix it. I have a lot of editing to do.

did you go to your main index and check to see if they are actually getting deleted... or are you just basing it off of the admin end, cuz when u edit a category/subcategory even though you already uploaded a pic for it it automatically tells you that no image was uploaded cuz you didnt upload a new image...
