programmer73 Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 I'm new here so Im not sure if this is an issue that is currently being experienced by everyone now or not, but I saw that this was an issue 5 months ago and there is no support on how to fix it in that post. So the issue we are having is you choose a product and add it to your shopping cart, then you go to check out. It gives you a verification of the shipping address, the chance to change it and a place to type any special instructions. When you click on the continue button, instead of it going to the card information form, it just loops back to the address verification page. If anyone knows why this is happening please help me out. Im new to this software and trying to help out a friend. Thanks.
thedoc420 Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 under "Configuration" -> "Shipping/Packaging" you need to set your "Postal Code".
programmer73 Posted April 10, 2007 Author Posted April 10, 2007 under "Configuration" -> "Shipping/Packaging" you need to set your "Postal Code". I checked to make sure this was set and it was set to the correct postal code which was 85009. Any other ideas?
