existing user login problem

I know that at one time I found the answer for this but can't now.

 

My hosting service upgraded and I am having to re-configure all my settings (colors, countries, etc.).

 

The problem:

when an existing user attempts to login they are returned to the What's New Here page.

 

I had this fixed once, but can't remember.

 

Here are my settings:

Session Directory /tmp

Force Cookie Use False

Check SSL Session ID True

Check User Agent False

Check IP Address False

Prevent Spider Sessions False

Recreate Session False

Must be True - else you are going to have terrible problems.
