Headings in Easy Populate

I've been reading and trying to figure out the headings in easy populate. I have used X-Cart and when setting up the headings there I only have about 14. I have been adding products to OS Commerce one at a time using the online admin section, and that has worked pretty good but now I need to add a lot of products which look pretty much the same, and the only difference is the stock number. When I have downloaded Easy Populate I see in the sample output file about 80 column headings. I don't think I need all these headings such as "v_products_model v_products_image v_products_name_1 v_products_description_1 v_products_url_1" then it begins all over again with "v_products_name_2 v_products_description_2 v_products_url_2"

Actually I only need the following headings "Products Name, Tax Class, Product Price Net, Product Price Gross, Product Description, Products Model, Products Image". In the sample I don't see tax class at all. Is there anyone with a spread sheet with only the correct name of the headings that I can see how to create the headings or tell me where I can find the correct names of the headings that I need. In the sample I don't see headings for tax class at all.

I have a feeling I'm not downloading the correct easy populate. The one that I'm downloading from has about 500 different EPs. What is the common download site to download the full EP without all the extras?

Any help will be greatly appreciated and passed on as I know another person is having the same issue as I am.
