Changing Database

I have a small webstore.

www.bionetix.co.uk, selling algae removal products, and blanket weed etc...

I am trying to instal carrots as a promotional contri. but i am unsure how i can update my database with the relevent my sql file.

Can anyone help.

not too sure what you're talking about :

but to run the SQL file, you go to the control panel of your host, find the section on databases, then launch phpMyAdmin.

within phpMyAdmin there is a tab called SQL.

Copy and paste the contents of your file into this window and hit Go.

 

That's it!
