Cannot open a session

Hello

 

My OS commerce site is installed but has been dormant for some time.

When I go to open a session I get the default page not found from my ISP

 

Any clues appreciated thanks

Did you pay the bill?? ISPs aint gonna let ya in iffin ya didnt..

 

Did it work before it went dormant??

 

If you do not know than maybe an install problem or (not installed problem) or more than that --

 

Sounds like a path problem..

 

If you can open your website (ftp) and view the directories then check that the default page exists.. and check the path to the default page (index.php) against the path you are putting in your address bar.

Something like 'http://mywebsite.com/catalog/index.php' where index.php is the default page.

Hi. No, the bill's paid :-)

 

The site is up and running, I get to the catalog but cannot logon as an account member

 

(Indeed I cant run admin either)

And there is an index.php in /catalog

Not much to go on (maybe the toilet has been stolen).

What is your url?

Or just the paper.

 

Can you create an account?? Are accounts being created?? Did you check the database table 'customers' see if any values exist beside John Doe?

 

Second that - what is your URL?
