Please help me!

I have uploaded the files from this contribution, do I remove the old paypal?

I am getting an error message

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class paypal_ipn in includes/modules/payment/paypal_ipn.php on line 13"

what would be incorrect on line 13 if I did not change it?
