help finding odd text error on page

Could someone help me find what file this

odd text

(at top of page) is coming from? I have manually searched all of the files that I can think of that would be remotely involved, I have used the windows 'search' on my osc folder, I have used firefox and firebug,

and if you find the file, could you please tell me how you found the file!!!

This is not the first time, and I am getting tired of tearing my hair out trying to figure out which file did not upload properly. I have traced the culprit to my FTP program, so that has been dumped. Really appreciate any help.

That's javascript - you have a script that is returning a value straight to the screen.

 

form_check.js.php is the only file I can find with the same code in it. I used DMX2004 to do a site wide search - one of the only things dream weaver is good for!
