How do I change products_new.php for specials.php else in index?

Hi:

 

When i enter in my oscommerce catalog the first thing that appears are the new products on catalog, but i need to change it to specials.php so when someone goes to my catalog can see first the special products and not the new ones.

 

How can i do it?
