kdogg Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 I've installed an in stock/out of stock script and i need an easy way to change ALL my products to some quantity greater then zero. Is there an easy way to do this so all my stuff doesn't show out of stock? I think all my quantities are set to zero because I dont use the quantity tracking stuff anyway. Is there an easy way to change all the quantities at once without any kinda tables etc?
Charene Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 I use Easy Populate to load my products onto my website. When I need to change prices (or almost anything else, like quantities), I download a complete tab delimited EP file from my Admin section, and open it in Excel. You can then edit the quantity of all products in the 'v_products_quantity' column, by simply typing the quantity in the first row, and then copy and paste it to the entire column (except for your header row, of course...) Save the file as a text (tab delimited) file, and upload it again, through the admin section.
